Aaron got me a puppy as a graduation gift and today was the day I got to pick out my puppy. I knew I wanted a male dog, as they seem to bond better to female owners. I also decided on an English blockhead Labrador, because I wanted a highly trainable dog that would be a great companion. When I went to pick out my new puppy there were 12 different puppies and it was hard to choose because they were all just so darn cute, but Luke made his way into my heart. He began playing with me immediately and rolling over on his back. whenever I gave attention to any of the other pups he would come up to me and nudge my arm.I knew he was the one. He was very tired that night.
